Baking Instructions

Do Not Thaw

We find that the best results are acheived by cooking the dough from frozen.

1

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350° F

For larger batches see "Additional cooking instructions" below

2

Prepare baking sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

3

Add cookie dough

Place frozen cookie dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

4

Bake

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the bottom edge of the cookies are golden brown.

For larger batches see "Additional cooking instructions" below

5

Cool

We know this is the hardest part, but trust us. Set a timer and let the cookies cool for 10 minutes before eating for perfect consistency.

A note from someone whose oven lies

My oven is a liar. It swears it’s preheated; in reality it’s about 25°F shy of what I asked for. After many batches, here’s what I’ve learned about baking Let’s Munch cookies:

  1. Keep it frosty for consistency. Leave the dough frozen—no thawing first. Frozen dough goes straight into the oven.
  2. First batch? Be a helicopter parent. Peek early and often, especially from the 10-minute mark onward, so you don’t accidentally turn them into hockey pucks.
  3. Feeding a crowd (more than 6 cookies, or the whole bag)? Preheat to 375°F, then when the cookies go in, dial it down to 350°F. Bake about 10–15 minutes (your mileage may vary). Why the drama? If you only set 350°F and your oven is as “honest” as mine, you’re basically sliding frozen cookies into a 325°F oven. Open the door, add a cold legion of dough soldiers, and you’re flirting with 310°F for a bit. That’s why the package says a big tray can need 15–18 minutes—your oven is just trying to catch up.
  4. Leftovers deserve VIP storage. Cooled Cookies in an airtight container = cookies that still taste like they’re trying.
  5. Commercial oven? Subtract 50°F from what you’d use at home, then start checking doneness around the 7-minute mark—those beasts mean business.
  6. Trust, but verify. Every oven has its own personality; an oven thermometer is usually the least dramatic member of the kitchen and the most reliable.

About Let's Munch

Gourmet frozen cookie dough, crafted by a trained chef, perfected over 15 years.

The Story

Hi, I'm Alex — chef, cookie obsessive, and founder of Let's Munch. We're based in Clovis and serve the greater Fresno area with pickup and delivery. I'm a formally trained chef — a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. My culinary career took me through professional kitchens, corporate dining, and eventually into private chef work. I cooked for high-profile clients who expected nothing short of perfection. High standards weren't optional, they were the job. That is the mindset I bring to every batch of Let's Munch cookie dough.

The Cookies

15 yeas in the making. It all started with brown butter.

The recipe that launched everything? The brown butter chocolate chip cookie. I developed the original recipe during my years as a private chef, and it earned rave reviews from every single client who tasted it. Over the years I made it for friends and family — and the requests never stopped. What makes it different is what makes all our cookies different: an obsessive focus on flavor and texture. That perfect crispy edge, soft center, and deep nutty brown butter flavor isn't an accident — it's 15 years of refinement, baked into every frozen ball of dough. I use only all-natural, premium ingredients. No shortcuts. No artificial anything. Just real dough that bakes into real cookies — straight from your freezer.

I hope you enjoy!

Don’t forget to yell “LET’S MUNCH!” when your cookies are cooled and ready to eat!
